A must for our Thanksgiving dinner (and any other special dinner) is what we call "Green Salad." No lettuce is used in this one ladies.....
The "Green Salad" involves one sm. pkg of lime jello, one sm. pkg of lemon jello, one can Eagle Brand Milk (14oz. I believe), one pint of cottage cheese, and crushed pineapple with the juice.
Disolve both boxes of jello in one cup of boiling water and stir in the remaining ingredients. This has been a great favorite for both my Dad and me.
